Grey Face Dartmoors

The Greyfaced Dartmoor is a small and docile breed and this was the reason we decided that that they would be great for our little ones to handle.
Although the Dartmoors are considered as At Risk on the Rare Breed Survival Trust WATCHLIST, they continue to grow in popularity, they are our top sheep for going onto companion homes and smallholdings and this is all attributed to their docile nature and friendly looks ! They are a firm favourite at HuRuCo HQ and are currently the most in number of all our breeds. Mr. Farmer sits on the council for The Dartmoor Sheep Breeders Association .

We tend to lamb our Dartmoors in February so keep an eye on our social media for cute woolly potato pics!

As with all our breeds we love to help people get involved and offer advice or a chance to meet them and ask questions before going into the breed.
So, if you are looking at keeping any of our sheep breeds please do drop us an email.
