The White Faced Woodlands origins are around the area of the world where HuRuCo HQ was founded, this is one of the reason we chose them as they’re a local breed. Although classified as a priority breed on The Rare Breed Survival Trusts WATCHLIST they have a sizable frame that make it a more commercial type carcass.
We only keep a few White Faced Woodlands as both Mr and Mrs Farmer like the look of a horned Sheep!

We are Life time members of the White Faced Woodland Sheep Society and we are striving to make our small flock even more commercially viable through new genetics whilst sticking to our no push way of meat production.
