Needle Felting

Needle felting uses a fine needle with tiny barbs on the end of it and when the needle is stabbed into the wool it causes friction and the wool sticks together. This enables the wool to be shaped and made into lots of different things.

We mainly focus on sheep, specifically Valais Blacknose (using up fleeces from when we had a few as pets) and herdwicks (using up fleeces from our old girls and we have some friends who keep them). Next on the list is to make some White Face Woodlands.
